Yes. Most BTY orders ship for free. In rare cases, such as remote locations or special delivery requests, a small shipping fee will apply and will be shown at checkout.
Yes. We have official BTY distributors in select countries, which means faster local shipping for those areas. Delivery can be much quicker than standard international shipping.
BTY ships nationwide within the Philippines and internationally to the USA, Canada, Japan, Europe, and other countries worldwide through our official BTY distributors.
COD is available in selected areas only. Some locations require Payment First. Availability will be shown at checkout.
Delivery time varies by location. Orders within the Philippines usually arrive in 3–7 business days after shipping. International deliveries may take 5–10 business days, depending on local courier performance.
You can see your tracking number and live updates in your BTY account page once your order ships. We’ll also send email and text notifications for important delivery updates.
