BTY Shipping Policy
BTY Advance works with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your orders safely and on time—wherever you are in the world.
Order Processing
Payment First orders are queued for packing once payment is confirmed and typically ship within 2- 4 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are confirmed by our team and also ship within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. If an item in your cart is a pre‑order or temporarily out of stock, we will show the expected dispatch date at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Shipping Methods
We use the most reliable courier for your address to balance speed and safety. COD is available in selected areas; some locations require Payment First. Availability is shown at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Most orders qualify for free shipping, with only a few exceptions for remote areas or special delivery requests, where a small shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary by address and courier. Orders within the Philippines typically arrive in three to seven business days from dispatch, while international orders generally arrive in three to ten business days. Weather or peak seasons may extend these estimates. Your exact ETA appears at checkout and in your BTY account page, with SMS updates for key milestones.
Tracking and Notification
As soon as your order ships, your tracking number and live status updates appear in your BTY account page. You will also receive text notifications for key milestones such as “out for delivery” and “delivered.” Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking activity to appear after dispatch.
Delivery
Couriers typically attempt delivery at least once and may contact you by phone or SMS. For COD orders, please prepare the exact amount to avoid delays. If delivery fails due to an unreachable recipient, incorrect address, or refusal to pay for COD, the parcel may be returned to sender. Re‑shipping, if requested, may require Payment First and additional shipping charges.
